Yes, perhaps being forced to be leaner/do more with fewer resources will help organizations be more strategic today and tomorrow? Only time will tell, but at least it's encouraging to see that at least some organizations believe that adhering to or strengthening their focus on PM/strategy execution will help them get through tough times, and only a few of those polled are casting these disciplined approaches aside while fighting to survive.
